    Welcome to the Fairfield County's Pride in the Park Volunteer Taskforce! Volunteering is one of the best ways for you to get involved with your local LGBTQ community.

    At this meeting, you can expect to meet the staff members who will be working with you leading up to and on the day of Pride in the Park. We'll also go over the different shifts and roles that you'll share responsibility for.

    Feel free to bring a family member, friend, or coworker. If you come by yourself, be prepared to leave with new friends.

    All questions about volunteering will be answered here. Pride in the Park is Connecticut's largest Pride festival, and we're here to ensure that you feel as supported as possible!

    Fairfield County's Pride in the Park ("Pride in the Park") is Fairfield County's LGBTQ Pride festival and is a free, family-friendly festival that brings you internationally-known entertainers and diverse local performers!

    Since its inaugural year in 2014, Pride in the Park has welcomed over 3,000 individuals each year. Visitors have access to dozens of vendor booths selling local crafts, delicious food, and can connect with local agencies or organizations that support the LGBTQ community. There's a lot for families at Pride in the Park as well! Our activities include a Family Pride Social with Stepping Stones Museum for Children, hula hooping, face painting, and other fun activities for you and your kids. Pride also offers a 21+ VIP area with exclusive perks!
