About the program:
This free wellness program offers an hour of yoga practice and instruction with a special focus on relieving stress. This program is ideal for both newcomers and experienced yoga enthusiasts as it was designed by an experienced yoga instructor to encourage participants to relax, exercise, and relieve stress.
Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable clothes, shoes, and a yoga mat. TCC has a limited number of back up yoga mats in storage. If you are in need of a yoga mat, please let Elizabeth know prior to the start of the session.
About the facilitator:
Elizabeth Crisci is an E-RYT 500 HR Yoga Teacher who has been practicing yoga since childhood. She taught her first class in 2006. She is passionate, kind, articulate, and loves sharing the benefits of yoga with her students.
