Whether you're an experienced yoga enthusiast, or are just a beginner, you are welcome to Yoga for Stress Relief. Our yoga instructor Elizabeth Crisci designed this Wednesday evening program to encourage participants to relax, exercise, and relieve stress. You are invited to attend yoga this week!
Yoga for Stress Relief takes place every second Wednesday here at TCC at 7 PM.
