This small-group, interactive training workshop is open to the public and will engage participants in a thorough introduction to the LGBTQ community. Whether they are your clients or colleagues, it is vital that LGBTQ individuals feel safe and affirmed when interacting with you and your organization. From terminology and definitions to rethinking traditional social assumptions about gender and sexuality, this training is a must for all those who wish to be better allies to the LGBTQ community.

The workshop will take place on Zoom and attendees are encouraged to participate with video and audio if accessible, and if they are comfortable doing so, to better facilitate discussion and participant engagement.
