Did you know that stress is one of the primary causes of illness, weight gain and insomnia? And, that you can relieve stress through simple practices without the use of medication? Many of us don't realize how much we are affected by stress in our lives, or how easy it can be to reduce stress. Yoga is one of many simple practices that you can do to reduce your stress. In this program, we will move and stretch, build strength, and soothe stress levels.
Elizabeth has been teaching yoga since 2006, in that time she's worked with students of every age and level of experience. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression and stress. Elizabeth teaches all over Fairfield County in regular classes and privates, and travels the East Coast teaching special workshops and teacher trainings.
Yoga for Stress Relief is a program free of charge to all who wish to participate.
