Farm to You
Triangle Community Center and Circle Care Center have partnered together with a local queer-owned farm in CT to bring affordable fresh produce to our community. This program has been graciously sponsored by Circle Care Center, who is dedicated to equitable and accessible healthcare for all, including access to fresh foods and support for Connecticut’s LGBTQIA+ community!
See how you can get involved in this incredible program!

We are proud to offer the Farm to You CSA program, where prepacked bags of fresh fruits and vegetables are reserved for your family and available for weekly pickup at TCC's main office. To sign up, please fill out the form below and if you're included in this year's CSA share program, we will reach out to let you know. Payments are due at pickup each week, not up front, and are made on an honor system.

We are happy to offer a selection of fresh produce in our food pantry, accessible through our Care Coordinators. This ensures that clients can access healthy fresh food when most emergency food programs only offer non-perishable items.
