The federal government is proposing rules that would restrict access to medically necessary gender-affirming care—and we’re coming together to stop them.

Crush the Comments is a series of fun, low-pressure socials where we gather in community to submit public comments opposing these harmful proposals from the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). We’ll have experts on hand, step-by-step toolkits, and laptops available for those who need them —including options to help protect your identity—so everyone can participate safely and confidently. 💥✍️

And yes, there will be snacks, generously provided by the LGBTQ+ Justice and Opportunity Network. 🍿💖

Public comments matter. They become part of the official record, and when we show up together, we send a powerful message: our communities are paying attention and pushing back.

Come crush bureaucracy, protect trans youth, and turn collective care into collective action. 🏳️‍⚧️✨
