Brief, Solutions-Focused Counseling

This short-term (8-10 sessions), goal-oriented counseling approach is designed to help you identify practical solutions to specific challenges you're facing right now. Instead of focusing on your entire past, sessions emphasize your existing strengths, lived experiences, and what’s already working in your life.

For LGBTQIA+ people, this can mean navigating identity-related stress, family or relationship issues, coming out, or simply needing space to feel seen and supported as you work toward a specific goal. Our Care Coordinators offer affirming support while helping you set goals that reflect your values and experiences. Together, we’ll build on your resilience and help you move forward.
