Young Adult Housing Navigation
Our Young Adult Housing Navigation program supports LGBTQIA+ individuals aged 18–24 who are experiencing housing instability or homelessness. As part of Connecticut's Coordinated Access Network (CAN) and the 2-1-1 system, we assist young adults in navigating housing resources and services.
Through personalized support, we help you:
Connect with emergency shelters, transitional housing, or rapid rehousing programs.
Access financial assistance for housing-related expenses.
Develop life skills and strategies for long-term housing stability.
To get started, call 2-1-1 and ask to speak with a housing specialist. They will guide you through the assessment process and connect you with appropriate resources. For additional support, our Care Coordination team is here to assist you every step of the way.
